Note About Court Proceedings During the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic:

Except for certain emergency matters, the Courts are not conducting in-person court proceedings.  Instead, almost all court matters are being handled via video-teleconferencing. This includes Megan’s Law Tier matters, post-conviction relief proceedings, and other sex-offense related matters.

If you are a current client and have a pending court date, we will notify you as to when and how the proceeding will be conducted, and how your participation will be ensured.
